Business Administration – Human Resources (BS)

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Human Resources Emphasis helps prepare graduates to find employment in positions such as human resource generalist, specialist positions in benefits, positions in staffing and recruiting, and human capital development and training. The objectives of the program are to provide a foundation in accounting, sales and marketing, operations management, human resource management and banking and finance and to provide the graduate with an integrated understanding of business and economic concepts and how they relate to the global economy. Topics for discussion include sourcing, recruiting, hiring, retention, talent mapping, training and developing employees, benefits and compensation policies, employment law, organizational development, and conflict resolution strategies.
